Got to do a destination shoot on the Florida Gulf coast. Spent some quality time with a wonderful family and saw a spectacular sunset and during the family's portrait session, captured a wedding proposal that was a total surprise to the bride to be. | Shark + Trash the Dress |
|
Shark takes a bite out of our plans. We were going after some images of Sarah and Jason with her wedding dress submerged in the surf, just as we started to head out, a shark swims right up to the edge of the shoreline. Not much discussion after that, we settled for just a nice walk on the beach (so much for my vision of a shark in a wedding dress). Hard to find a nicer location in North Florida for a wedding then the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort. Dorry & Joe's "first look" had the Atlantic Ocean at their backs, and they got married under majestic oaks on the banks of the Inter Coastal Waterway. Congratulations Dorry & Joe!
